Your Contribution:

As a Senior Backend Architect with us, you will be part of our dedicated backend team of about 10 people developing software for embedded systems and databases. You will lead and be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of our backend systems. You are expected to both code and design solutions as well as mentor and support the team.

You will work closely with our other development teams; frontend, embedded, VPP (Virutal Power Plant) and also industry specialists. This to ensure our solutions are scalable, robust and secure. At CheckWatt all teams have their own DevOps and infrastructure set-ups, so you’ll be working on expanding our infrastructure and prepair our systems for our international expansion.

You have the opportunity to work hybrid remote and on Wednesdays we meet at the office for fika and a chat. Our headquarter is in Stockholm but you nearest office will be at the “best coast” here in Gothenburg 😉

We look beyond your resume, but we think you have:

- At least 5 years of experience working with .NET and SQL Server.

- Ability to communicate, listen and coach the team.

- Experience working with system architecture, DevOps and infrastructure.

We consider it a plus if you have:

Experience with Azure or any other cloud services. Linux knowledge would be beneficial. If you are familiar working with Kanban it will contribute to our way of working.
