You have the opportunity to work hybrid remote, and on Wednesdays, we meet at the office for a "gofika". Our headquarters is in Stockholm, but your nearest office will be at the “best coast” here in Gothenburg 😉.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a goal-oriented and humble individual with the following qualifications:
- MSc in Energy Systems or equivalent (preferably engineering degree)
- 4–5 years of experience in energy systems and solar power projects
- Understanding of the Nordic electricity system and its regulations
- Technical understanding of the electricity grid and energy systems
- Fluency in Finnish and English (a plus if you can speak Swedish and/or Danish)
Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Qualification
Identify and research target accounts within the C&I (Commercial & Industrial), utility, and residential sectors. Pinpoint potential customers and new business opportunities. -
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals. -
Close Collaboration with Our Sales Team
Support the onboarding of new partner companies, ensuring smooth integration of their services and products. Leverage your expertise to help partners navigate complex electricity grid systems. -
Support & Customer Relationships
Serve as the first point of contact for technical and operational assistance via phone and email. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to nurture long-term partnerships. -
Development & Refinement of Support Materials
Contribute to the creation and improvement of materials for public procurements, support documentation, and other critical documents. Enhance internal and external communication through clear, concise documentation. -
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product management, engineering, and operations to ensure successful project execution. Share feedback and insights to drive product improvements. -
Industry Awareness & Networking
Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies. Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and promote brand awareness. -
Active Participation in Our Community
Join internal meetings and attend industry-specific conferences. Serve as Key Account Manager (KAM) for selected partners and customers. -
Sales Forecasting & Reporting
Provide accurate sales forecasts and track pipeline developments. Share best practices and insights with the broader sales team. -
Renewal & Innovation in the Solar Power Segment
Explore new opportunities and drive innovation in Virtual Power Plants (VPP) and Energy Management Systems (EMS). Keep pace with technological advancements to identify and develop future business opportunities.
